Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Novato, CAPosition Summary:The temporary Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our Novato, CA office. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to heavy calendar management, travel, expense reporting, and meetings/event planning; and other duties and special projects as determined. Responsibilities: Day to day administrative support for staff as assigned (eg, Medical Directors in Clinical Sciences) Perform administrative functions (coordinating vendors, filing, storing, printing, mailing, faxing, scanning and binding, etc.) Manage calendar, appointments and meeting requests through MS Outlook Process consulting agreements in Corridor and purchase orders in Oracle Heavy word processing including formatting templates, documents and presentations, proofing, printing, copying Order office supplies specific to department needs Prepare and complete entries into database systems Participate in special projects as needed Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of administrative support experience, specifically in a fast paced environment Excellent oral and written skills, and proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of personnel both internally and outside the company Proficiency in Corridor, Oracle, Concur, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to easily and quickly adapt to constant change
