Graphic Designer- B2B Specialist

We currently have an immediate openings for full-time Graphic Designer, B2B Specialist.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborate directly with sales staff and advertising clients to brainstorm and grow strategize marketing campaigns that will revenue and/or customers for the client.
Present concepts/design work to clients, both internal and external, in an articulate and professional manner and one that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the business/marketing issues being addressed. Understand clients' core and target audiences and how to develop a marketing campaign to reach them. This may involve interviewing clients and analyzing research.
Design and execute live and speculative advertising campaigns and then present them to clients in a clear and professional manner. Campaign elements may include print and digital ads, logo treatments and signage. Design and create materials that aid in the sale of our various print and digital products. The materials may include flyers, brochures, digital and print ads, emails, direct mail and web pages.
Stay on top of the latest in B2B and consumer marketing, design and technology trends and bring new ideas and innovations to the creative team. Transform written and/or verbal information into unique and varied creative designs with minimal supervision and/or guidance given the fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
Interact with other designers, management, sales representatives, other company employees and outside vendors to clarify project objectives, define scope of tasks, and ensure successful project completion. Schedule and track ads, make corrections and revisions to materials, and troubleshoot processes, when requested. Provide preliminary proofing of text and reviews final product to ensure it is complete and accurate. To positively support other areas of the team and workloads where required to meet business and team objectives.
Advanced working knowledge, strong production skills and proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of production level work experience.
Thorough knowledge of visual design principals, including graphic design, layout, typography and color.
Proven ability to work under pressure and self-direct in an environment of shifting priorities and change.
Aptitude for prioritizing and multi-tasking in order to meet simultaneous demands and tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills (good comprehension of tech terminology).
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and design experience required.
Familiar with various advertising formats, including display ads for magazines and newspapers.
