Located in Santa Rosa, in the heart of Californias beautiful wine country, is Keysights headquarters. It is also the home of the Technology Order Fulfillment (TOF) U.S Operations New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering teams.
If youre up to the challenge, join our high caliber team. As an NPI Engineer, you will apply your Electrical Engineering and measurements expertise to a variety of focused hands:on projects. You will be part of an instrument product development team that designs, develops, and tests RF and microwave test equipment. This is your opportunity to join a team thats bringing new products and technologies to the market faster and more efficiently than ever before.
This position involves the full software lifecycle of requirements capture, investigation, definition, design, implement, test, production and maintenance. Your job will include working with a variety of digital, analog, and RF circuitry depending on project needs. New Product Introductions require control and characterization of amplifiers, filters, interface and control circuits , phase lock loops , and frequency conversion. Software is developed in C on a Windows operating systems and controlling advanced measurement hardware.
While part of a team, you will also be working independently on your priorities and tasks. The scope and complexity of your tasks will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills.

Job Qualifications 13;
Typically, 2:4 years relevant experience for entry to this level with the following minimum requirements:
:BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
:General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures
:Knowledge of measurement algorithm
Desired Experience and Skills:
:Ability to work with and through remote multi:cultural teams
:Ability to formulate, implement and debug measurement algorithms in modern, object oriented test development environments
:Demonstrated ability to efficiently analyze, evaluate and validate RF and uW circuits, subassemblies and end products to ensure functionality and high product quality.
:Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts in both written and oral form 13;
