The Glassdoor Technical Services team is the key technical resource for customers, from consultation for companies new to Glassdoor products, to implementation and support through the life of the partnership. Our group supports all Glassdoor products, using expert knowledge to effectively troubleshoot issues, find unique solutions, and recommend improvements and enhancements to our internal Product teams and external partners.As a Technical Services Specialist, your work begins with building out the products and online recruiting campaigns for our customers. You live in the details, quickly and accurately setting up customer campaigns and tracking to maximize the value to customers. You need to understand the core functionality of our products, and then apply each employer's unique recruiting needs to ensure campaigns have healthy delivery - the most critical component to delivering value to our customers. After implementation, you need to be adept at analyzing and understanding common issues, as well as finding unique solutions for the stranger ones. You will become knowledgeable about the intricacies of the online recruiting industry, the entire Glassdoor product suite, and the employers we serve. You will become a specialist aligned to one of Glassdoor's products, uniquely tasked as the Glassdoor subject matter expert. In this role, you must work alongside your fellow specialists on high-value projects that both develop your expertise and improve our team's effectiveness to support that product for our customers. Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams to ensure our customers' campaigns are built and configured to proper specifications quickly and accuratelyWork with CS teams and clients to communicate technical needs and campaign setup, provide world-class technical support on complicated issues, and recommend best practices for campaign configurationsUnderstand the landscape and integration best practices of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS's) Effectively and concisely communicate technical matters to customers and internal partnersBe meticulous about documenting all customer needs, questions, contract information, and actions in SFDCWork with technologies such as FTP, HTML, Regular Expressions, XML, and HTTPTake ownership of your product domain by developing expertise, training other team members, keeping documentation up-to-date, and fielding escalated requestsRequirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems with a desire to combine your technical skills with a client-supporting role or minimum 1-2 years experience in providing technical support for software or web-based productsWorking knowledge of common web technologies, and protocols including, but not limited to: HTML, Javascript, XML, HTTP, FTPBasic understanding for online advertising/media, marketing, and/or talent acquisition space a plus!Experience using SFDC (or similar CRM) preferredCommitment to Glassdoor's mission and valuesProactive and positive self-starter who works well independently and within a team contextCreative-minded technical thinker with a penchant for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues by finding workarounds as well as evaluating where true engineering support is needed to resolve the core issueExcellent analytical thinker who uses data to support decisions and is able to see patterns in repeated experiences and large data setsOutstanding communicator with the ability to analyze average to complex business problems and guide customer stakeholders in formulating solutionsWhy Glassdoor?Work with purpose - join us in creating transparency for job seekers everywhereGlassdoor gives back!
