We are looking for Customer Service Call Center Representatives who are passionate about quality customer service and that want to become a member of a growing company! Required Skills: * Professional communication and excellent customer service skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Being organized and able to multi-task. Responsibilities: * Answer a high volume of incoming client phone calls with urgency. * Process mail and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner. * Generate follow up calls on customer accounts. * Processes client requests and update in-house database with accurate documentation. * File new business paperwork as appropriate. * Follow-up with clients and account managers for information needed to complete requests. * Organize and file documentation as a part of general administrative duties. * Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
