Job Summary
On the customer support team, you will be an expert, reliable, and energetic representative of Euro Style. Euro Style sells to hundreds of retailers, designers, and contractors across North America. You will be responsible for a segment of those customers and will make sure they succeed.

Our customers rely on us to have expert knowledge of our product catalog, help them find new products, and ensure that their orders go out on time. You will be working with our customers over email and on the phone. You are a people person and should enjoy helping our customer succeed.

There are a lot of opportunities for increased responsibility if you do well.

Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and maintain an expert understanding of our current product catalog.
Develop personal customer relationships through prompt and professional email and phone correspondence.
Respond to daily customer orders, issues, and questions in a timely manner.
Work in a team environment towards sales goals.
Contribute to a positive working environment with a positive attitude and desire to learn and help others.
Travel to trade shows in Las Vegas and High Point, NC to meet with current and new customers.
Answer phones to assist with stock and availability, prices, track orders, provide alternatives for items not in stock.

​Ideal Qualifications and Skills
Strong fire to improve and learn every day. We want you to embody our saying: "Today we are good, tomorrow we will be better."
1-3 years experience in sales/customer service, preferably in the furniture industry.
Optimistic, outgoing and energetic personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You are a proactive communicator!
General computer fluency - email, Excel, etc.
Spanish and French fluency are an extra plus!
