Position Overview:
Friends House is currently seeking an experienced Sales/Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our sales program for the purpose of meeting community occupancy and sales goals. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who has the drive to exceed sales goals through their activity. The Sales/Marketing Director will be responsible for making sure that resident admitting procedures are accurately followed:

• Present detailed information to prospective residents (disclosure statements, residency agreements, fees).
• Receive and record all payments of fees (application, entrance, and option costs).
• Maintain prospect contacts in a lead database system.
• Plan marketing events and conduct presentations to senior and community groups on our campus and services.
• Knowledge of the competitor market place, trends, programs, and services.
• Maintain and complete accurate sales reporting and documentation in a timely manner.
*This is a full-time Exempt position, requiring a minimum average of forty (40) hours per week. Work hours may include occasional week-end days and shall remain flexible to meet the needs of the organization, it’s staff and operations. Position may require one week of travel per month.

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
• Initiative to target and generate new prospect leads.
• Exceptional public speaking and communication skills.
• Healthcare Sales/Marketing experience highly desired.

Pre-employment Requirements:
• Criminal background clearance with the DOJ and FBI.
• Physical clearance by company physician.
• Negative drug screen and TB test.
