A Behavioral Coach in the North Bay School Partnership program provides behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. These services are child and family focused and strength based. Sessions are scheduled in accordance with the child and familys needs, with interventions developed based on the familys specific skills, values, and strengths to promote sustainable change.Meet with clients and caregivers regularly to further treatment goals.Provide time limited behaviorally:focused mental health support services to clients and their families, which include behavior management techniques.Participate in treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and IEP meetings when necessary. Client care may include frequent transportation of clients and travel throughout the Bay Area. Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, monthly reports, termination reports and other required paperwork. Complete all required program and agency paperwork in a timely manner utilizing SenecaA?s online documentation systems and procedures on a daily basis. Maintain client charts and records to Seneca standards. Maintain close communication with all treatment team members. Bachelors degree required.Must be at least 21 years of age.Bilingual Spanish/English abilities a plus.Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience a plus.
