Job Description:/h3:
:SUMMARY
The Food and Beverage Director is the person responsible for managing all aspects of Food and Beverage Service at the Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club. The person oversees the day to day and long term service operations of the Food and Beverage Department including the kitchen operations
:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee all food service and kitchen scheduling
Directly supervise all service and kitchen hiring
Administer all reprimands and reviews of staff
Be able to fill in to any position in case of emergency
Assist in finding coverage for all positions
Make sure all Food and Beverage Standards are maintained
Attend weekly Management Meetings and Committee Meetings
Prepare weekly and monthly financials
Develop a working budget for the upcoming year

:Must have a strong background and knowledge of all Food and Beverage products and service

:Must be able to work a flexible schedule

WORK EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 Years Management Experience in a Country Club, Hotel or Resort
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
Food Handlers, TIPS, CPR/First Aid
