POSITION SUMMARY: Street Soccer USA is seeking a Part-time Site Manager (up to 30 hours per week) who is a self-starter with a proven track record for leadership and ability to manage complex environments. The Site Manager is responsible for operations at the
Street Soccer USA Park
San Rafael location (88 Vivian Street) on assigned work days, which include, but are not limited to, planning, directing and coordinating facility operations, personnel, customer service, safety, sales, and coordinating with the General Manager to accomplish facility goals. The Site Manager ensures that all members and guests receive the highest quality soccer experience.


-Assist General Manager with the successful attainment of facility goals including membership levels, retention, communication, and maintaining facility standards;

-Responsible for scheduling for clinics, camps, event rentals, league play, pick-up and mini-tournaments, and coordinating staffing needs with General Manager;

-Responsible for successful production of clinics, camps, event rentals, league play, pick-up, mini-tournaments, and ensuring quality customer service for guests;

-Responsible for coordinating with the General Manager on activities to help fund operations, maximize investments, and boost productivity and efficiency;

-Responsible for coordinating with General Manager on management of inventory levels;

-“Go to” soccer expert with the ability to interact effectively with subordinates and guests, including children.


-Assist in development of local advertising;

-Assist with the development of programs to drive membership;

-Become an active member of the local community.


• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree;

• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows based programs including Word and Excel;

• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to monitor/assess performance of other individuals;

• Ability to work independently and deal with multiple priorities;

• Ability to speak and deliver information clearly, concisely, and effectively;

• Ability to problem-solve, including in the event of a crisis;

• Must work well in a team environment;

• Possess a valid California Driver’s License.


-Ability to keep up with requirements of a fitness/athletic facility, including being able to lift and move products and basic equipment.
