Clinical MFT Intern Bayside Marin Intensive Outpatient Program Bayside Marin is a residential and outpatient treatment program, treating addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.). Our outpatient facility is located in Downtown San Rafael. At Bayside Marin we understand the importance of treating addiction and co-occurring disorders simultaneously, in order to sustain recovery from both the addiction and mental health issue(s). Towards that end, our therapists are of the highest caliber, highly trained, experienced, compassionate, licensed, and well versed in addiction and recovery theory and practice, as well as psychodynamics relevant to individual and family systems work. We offer a holistic approach to recovery, utilizing both eastern and western therapies, designed to provide clients with a wide variety of tools and strategies to help them sustain recovery. We are seeking a full-time MFT intern, to join our passionate IOP team of professionals. This is a paid intern position with the possibility of joining Bayside as a full-time therapist. Qualifications for the position include but are not limited to Experience in the field of counseling; 2000 intern hours completed or extensive relevant experience; Knowledge of residential, dual diagnosis, and addiction preferred; Working knowledge and understanding of individual client and family dynamics, as they pertain to addiction/recovery and co-occurring disorders.
