UnderwriterCleanFund Commercial PACE Capital, Inc. is seeking an underwriter to join our talented and collaborative team of industry leaders in energy efficiency, commercial real estate and structured finance. Together with the Business Development Team, the Underwriter will work directly with clients to secure approval of C‐PACE financing transactions. Reporting directly to the Vice President Credit Administration, this position will play a vital role in underwriting specialized and complex commercial C‐PACE transactions, managing transactions through closing and preparing credit memoranda.The position is designed for an underwriter with 3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience with a solid understanding of commercial credit analysis techniques. QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree with a focus in finance, accounting, economics and real estate. 3+ years of experience with commercial credit underwriting and related analysis. Ability to scale complex financial statements, tax returns and complete cash flow forecasting. Ability to review and analyze 3rd party appraisals, environmental site assessments, title reports, construction schedules, budgets and public records. Understanding of required entity documentation. Ability to work independently and balance multiple transactions while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce, DocuSign and/or Conga a plus.CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital, Inc. is a fast growing, dynamic company pioneering innovative financing for commercial property owners. Perform underwriting relating to C-PACE transactions.2. Spread operating statements and analyze credit and collateral quality.3. Order and analyze appraisals and third-party reports. 4. Review transaction files for completeness. 5. Prepare transactions for funding by drafting the Credit Approval memorandum.6. Identify key risks and mitigations, review and provide creative solutions to issues. 7.
