Role: Customer Relationship Manager + Commission : Insurance
Company and Location: Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, San Rafael, CA

Are you a high:energy, confident, self:starting sales motivated person to bring comprehensive knowledge and customer service to each incoming lead? Can you take a warm lead through a sales process to create a Win/Win? Do you prefer to add value to the sales process vs. just presenting quotes? Do you appreciate the opportunity to receive both a salary and commission as well? If so, we want to meet you.
This is not a telemarketing position. All calls are inside sales : call in, web referral, existing and prior customers.

About You:
You have minimum 2:4 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance sales or underwriting, can manage existing and new clients, handle inbound calls, generate quotes, proposals and make great presentations. You love to Close the Deal, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast:paced environment. Taking care of business is what you do
Success would look like:
Utilize our AIM Process to Risk Management to enhance our incoming leads and opportunities into lifelong clients.
Utilize our proprietary SureFit Rating System to uncover the best option for our clients based on Low Cost to Best Coverage scenarios and sending out our Indication for Insurance letters to channel partners.
Utilize our Salesforce platform to log and track all incoming leads and opportunities converting them into clients and policies. Responsible for pipeline management and monthly : quarterly forecasting.
Prioritize our lost business and x:dates logged internally based on profitability and create and marketing plan to bring them back to the agency.
Current California Property and Casualty agents license a plus
