MyLifeWerks Insurance Services is a rapidly growing financial services group focusing on the K:12, college and governmental markets. Our expertise is working with the employees (teachers and staff) to optimize their retirement options. This is a fun and rewarding career.
We are expanding our Santa Rosa, CA practice (40 mile radius around Santa Rosa) and interviewing immediately We are more interested in the person you are, than in the years of experience you may or may not have. We are focused on the quality and personality of our agents not on the quantity of our field force.
We are seeking both experienced (L and H insurance licensed) agents as well as those non:experienced candidates looking for a new, exciting and dynamic career. If you are not licensed, we can help you to become licensed quickly. We have a working system in place that provides an agent with a tested game plan which leads to predictable results.
We offer a comprehensive training and mentoring program to ensure your success. We have developed sales, education and presentation tools to allow you to focus solely on the needs of the client, while our back office staff keeps the business running seamlessly for you
