We have been getting out of the commodity based sales process and have instead been helping our clients implement business management systems and/or Point of Sales (POS). We bring large business solutions down to the small to mid-sized organization at extremely reasonable prices. In fact, we even started a second product line in 2017 called Velox to partner with software organizations who service the same markets we do: Velox Video: Career Path in Sales at 360:All sales individuals start out as Payments Consultants (PC) and are expected to self-generate business from their territories, primarily face to face. Once the PC has demonstrated their knowledge of our business and has signed a minimum of 50 accounts, they are eligible to become a Senior Payments Consultant (SPC). SPCA cents € (TM) s work relationships that our Business Development and Velox teams have brought on as partners. These relationships include financial institutions, banks, accounting firms, local and state associations, and software companies. Senior Payments Consultants work inbound referrals, travel to trade shows, and work warm lists of members from the partnerships. Other positions we are looking for include Sales Management, Partnership Management, and Velox Business Development, which we work with each PC on a case by case basis. Compensation Package Includes: $50,000 base salary. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses Residual Commissions Expected Average Income: Year 1: $70-80k Year 2: $80-100k Year 3: $100-130k Health Benefits, 401k with a 25% on the dollar up to 8% match (after 1 year), 15 days PTO, 9 holidays.
