Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to our residents and staff. This position assists in the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our Community campus.

-Manage and respond to assigned work orders in a timely and concise manner.
-Use of independent judgement to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve assigned work orders.
-Perform and assist in building/facility maintenance tasks involving light carpentry, remodeling, painting, plumbing, electrical and other craft work.
-Use of independent judgement to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve assigned work orders.

Pre-employment Requirements:
-Criminal record clearance with DOJ and FBI.
-Physical assessment, negative drug screen, and negative TB test.
-2 years minimum experience working in the building/facility maintenance.
-Strong experience in electrical, plumbing, general building repair.
-General understanding how to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
-Basic knowledge in principles, practices, tools and materials as they relate to maintenance and building/facility repair.
-Flexibility in schedule to work weekends.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as this position has constant interaction with our residents and staff members.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Demonstrated capabilities to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
